I am pleased to announce that James Giffrow is the winner of the June Reward and Recognition Program!
James Giffrow was nominated for continued engineering guidance on multiple projects that required a significant amount of work. The 225×50 VDS system required a complete new FEA analysis performed over the past 9 months along with numerous drawings to produce in order for Q4 to clear the FAT testing requirements for our customer. JD was able to maintain this enormous amount of work along with random tasks with installation team support for the 225×50 VDS system. JD is a self-starter and motivator within the ME department and we are happy to recognize him for these traits and his overall work performance over the past 9 months.
To recognize this accomplishment, JD will receive a certificate of achievement as well as gift cards for dinner and Target. JD is eligible for the President’s Award for Excellence which is announced in December 2021.
