2021 July Recognition and Award Winner Michael Overfield!

I am pleased to announce that Michael Overfield is the winner of the July Reward and Recognition Program!

Michael Overfield  goes to great lengths to keep his department supplied by doing the ordering and keeps accurate records in the BP department.  He collects and inputs all the data himself, all while maintaining his workload of BP production.  He recently spent a day helping to sort out an electrical issue within the oven, despite it being past his knowledge set and comfort zone.  He has researched light sources for the Gain testing, to help to improve our current testing procedure.  Michael continues to search for lesser priced goods for his department, while maintaining the quality Q4 expects.

To recognize this accomplishment, Mikey will receive a certificate of achievement as well as gift cards for dinner and Target.  Michael is eligible for the President’s Award for Excellence which is announced in December 2021.
