Orlando, Florida – Q4 Services Inc. has proudly announced the promotion of Mike Ponder to President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mike possesses in-depth industry knowledge and has proven significant leadership capabilities throughout his time at Q4. In his advanced role, Mike will be responsible for all aspects of Q4’s business operations.
As one of the founders of Q4, Mike Ponder is a US Army Veteran with an extensive background in maintenance and support of attack helicopter armament electrical and avionics systems. Mike has earned nearly 25 years of experience in the flight simulation industry from various simulation and training companies. He has worked with FlightSafety International, Thales Training and Simulation, Pan Am Training Academy, and Collins Aerospace. During this time, Mike gained valuable experience working within Simulator Maintenance, Field Service Engineering, Customer Services, and Program Management.

During his tenure at Q4, Mike has held critical leadership positions, including Managing Director, Operations and Special Projects Director, Programs Director, and Program Manager. Recently, Mike completed the prestigious Emerging Leaders Initiative Program through the Small Business Administration (SBA), which is intended to elevate the high-growth potential of small businesses.
