Recently, we opened our doors to the bright, young minds of tomorrow as we hosted a “Bring Your Child to Work Day,” event filled with curiosity and excitement. Our kids had the chance to visit with our departments working alongside engineers, project managers, machinists and other skilled tradesman.
Education can go far beyond textbooks and classrooms. By bringing our kids into our professional environments, we offered them a firsthand look at what their futures might hold. It’s an invaluable opportunity to ignite their interest in professions they might never have considered.
At Q4, we believe in the influence of exposure to all professions at an early age. It’s not just about showing our kids the ins and outs of our daily jobs; it’s about planting the seeds of imagination, understanding and innovation.
