The Overhaul: Relocate, Re-host, Upgrade
Q4 was contracted by American Airlines to relocate and complete an extensive refurbishment and upgrade of an ATR 42 full flight simulator.
Q4 relocated the device from the American Airlines training facility in Dallas, Texas, to Q4’s headquarters in Orlando. Q4 transformed the original device; carrying out a re-host and installing a new IOS system and adding a new 10’ radius SupraVue display system. The finished product was unrecognizable and was relocated and successfully installed Tampa, Fla.
